chef Mark Gold's warmth and passion as he tells diners of his latest
market finds: maybe salmon from the Copper River caught only hours
before or a fragrant grapefruit that he divides up to share with you.
each ingredient is given its due respect and star role on a menu built
around seasonal offerings, classic french technique and a touch of
japanese flavor presented as modern american fare. wonderful bites to
be shared and remembered.
